This recipe for Rainbow Marbled Cake is absolutely delicious For this recipe you will need


6 Tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter softened to room temperature

⅔ cup (160 ml) oil
2 cup (400 g) sugar


1 Tablespoon maple syrup (I like to use local syrup)


2 ⅔ cup (345 g) + 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour (if you’re gluten free use gluten free flour


1 Tablespoon baking powder


1 teaspoon salt


1 cup
(235 ml) milk (room temperature preferred)

1 1/2 cups of yoghurt.

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare one 8-inch round cake pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and greasing and flouring the sides.

shake out excess flour.


In a mixer, beat butter on medium-low speed until creamy.


Add sugar and oil and beat until all ingredients are well-combined and creamy.seperate in to three smaller bowels

Put 2-3 drops of your favorite food coloring (I use organic) put the colored batter in one color at a time use a fork and stir lightly intill you get the look you want

Bake on 350F for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

Cakes will be a slightly browned shade of the colors you put inwhen done baking.

Remove cakes from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. .
